The old saying "the devil hides in the details" paints them as something decidedly less pleasant but in the case of the new Classics Index Collection of Frédérique Constant, the extraordinary design features, the very affordable price and the technological marvels included in each model to ensure that when it comes to these watches, "the details become something absolutely wonderful".
The new Classics Index Collection is composed of nine models, automatic only, each with a particular aesthetic, all characterized by flowing lines and clear, dials rich but sober, and a sensational combination of raw materials that blend perfectly to make every watch a unique combination of classical art and genius piece of modern architecture.
All of the watches in the Classics Index Collection is governed by the automatic calibre FC-303 with 26 jewels. The rate of 28,800 vibrations per hour and power reserve of 38 hours, ensure that system operation is very precise and definitely reliable.
The shiny case two pieces measuring 40 mm in diameter: these watches are of medium size dress comfortably on the wrist and are pleasing to the eye.
The dials are protected by sapphire crystals, convex and all the models in the line are waterproof up to 50 meters.
In addition, they are equipped with the hands of the hours, minutes and seconds and date at 3 o'clock on the dial; you can access all of the features described above by means of the screw-in crown single.
Finally, the indexes and the numbers of each model are polished with care and hand-applied gently.
Two of the new models Classics Index FC-303C5B4 and FC-303V5B4, are made with cases in stainless steel finished in rose gold, as well as indices on the dial, both have a dark brown leather strap.
The dial of the first color is dark chocolate, while the second is silver.
The other seven models are all characterized by shiny boxes in stainless steel but the range of features design available is even more surprising.
Two models have black quadrants, two white quadrants and two quadrants in silver shining. But is not over here.
